At Airex, we offer plastic fittings made of acetal resin (POM), combined with nickel-plated brass, to provide maximum dimensional stability, rigidity, fatigue resistance, and corrosion resistance.
They are available in both conical and cylindrical shapes and in various configurations – T and Y, elbow, straight, double bifurcation – for external applications; as well as barbs, joints, caps, and specific reducers for every use.
To ensure the excellent performance of the product, we recommend connecting with tubes in PA11, PA12, PA6, polyethylene PE, polyurethane PU (98 Shore A).
The product ensures the passage of air, water, and vacuum with a maximum pressure of 15 bar. It is not recommended for high-temperature operations (over 70°C) and in critical environmental situations, such as constant contact with chemicals that can facilitate corrosion.
